Rules for Students

1. Wearing the school uniform is compulsory during school hours and at all school functions, including events where students represent the school outside.
2. Any damage to school property will incur a penalty from the student responsible.
3. Students should avoid wearing gold or valuable ornaments to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such items.
4. Students will not be permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission. Parents must obtain approval from the school office to take their ward early.
5. Every student must carry the school diary and identity card to school every day.
6. Entry without proper school uniform is not allowed.
   Students wishing to come in coloured dress on their birthday must submit a written application to the school office beforehand.
7. Carrying electronic gadgets or mobile phones to school is strictly prohibited. If found, the device will be confiscated and disciplinary action will be taken.
8. The school reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student whose behavior is not exemplary or may negatively influence others.
9. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if a student is found disobeying school instructions or rules.
10. In case of absence, parents must record and sign the reason for absence in the designated page in the school diary.
11. If a student is absent for more than 15 days consecutively without prior information, his/her name will be removed from the school rolls.
12. For absences of more than 3 days due to medical reasons, photocopies of medical certificates and prescriptions must be submitted along with the leave application.
13. Students whose academic performance is consistently unsatisfactory may not be allowed to continue in the next session.

 

RULES FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS

1. Punctuality: Ensure that your child reaches school on time every day.
2. Daily Diary Check: Parents must check and sign the school diary daily, including homework and notes.
3. Proper Attire: Parents visiting the school must be appropriately dressed. (Shorts or indecent outfits are not allowed.)
4. Attendance & Leave:
   • Avoid requesting half-day leave unless absolutely necessary.
   • Submit a written application for leave in advance.
   • A medical certificate is required if the child is absent for more than 3 days due to illness.
5. Communication:
   • Keep the school informed of any change in mobile number or residential address.
   • Ensure the mobile number given for SMS alerts is functional.
6. School Materials:
   • Send all books, notebooks, and the school diary according to the timetable.
   • Do not send expensive items with your child.
7. Safety & Behavior:
   • Monitor your child’s use of the internet and ensure safe online habits.
   • Encourage good manners, discipline, and respect for teachers and peers.
8. Meetings:
   • Attending Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is compulsory.
   • Follow the scheduled timings for PTMs and other school appointments.
9. Fees Compliance:
   • Pay all school fees on time as per the school fee schedule.
   • Retain fee receipts as proof of payment.
10. Support Learning:
    • Take interest in your child’s academic progress.
    • Ensure regularity, punctuality, and completion of homework.
11. School Policies:
    • Read all circulars and notices carefully and sign wherever required.
    • Respect and follow the school’s rules and internal policies.
12. Health & Hygiene:
    • Keep the school informed of any medical conditions.
    • Provide updated medical records whenever required.
13. School Bag Check:
    • Check your child’s school bag regularly to ensure only required items are carried.
14. Withdrawals:
    • To withdraw your child from school, submit a written request to the Principal.
    • All dues must be cleared before a Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
